Four rounds of daily maintenance

by:Laike     2020-07-15
1, roller

In the daily work, try to avoid the rollers being soaked in muddy water, ice and snow for a long time; after each day's work, the one-sided crawler should be propped up, and the driving motor should drive away the mud and other debris on the crawler; especially in winter construction At all times, the roller must be kept dry. If there is water in the roller, it will form ice at night; when the excavator is moved the next day, the floating seal between the roller and the shaft will be scratched by the ice and cause oil leakage.

??2, Support chain wheel

?? Normally keep the X frame inclined platform clean, and do not allow too much soil to accumulate; otherwise it will cause the support chainwheel to turn hard. As with rollers, avoid soaking the carrier sprocket in muddy water. The carrier sprocket is filled with lubricating oil once. If oil leaks, only a new carrier sprocket can be replaced.

??3, guide wheel

?? The tension spring assembly is composed of a spring and a tension cylinder. The tension cylinder needs to be drained and filled regularly. Oil drain: Loosen the grease nipple of the tensioning cylinder at most once, and the butter will be squeezed out from the oil drain port; the operator must stand on the side to prevent the grease nipple from being ejected and causing casualties. Grease: Tighten the grease nipple and grease with a grease gun until the crawler is stretched to the proper position.

??4. Drive wheel

?? The side of the drive wheel must always be behind. If the drive wheel travels in front, it will not only cause abnormal wear to the drive ring gear and chain rail, but also may cause early cracking of the X frame and other problems. Regularly open the walking motor guard to clean the dirt inside. When the protection plate of the walking motor protects the motor, some mud and gravel will be stored inside. The moisture in the mud may corrode the joint of the motor oil pipe, and the gravel may also interfere with the oil pipe, causing related wear and leakage oil. When replacing the final transmission oil, the excavator should be parked on a flat ground, and the final drive should be turned to the oil drain, which is at the bottom and perpendicular to the ground. Tighten the oil drain nut when refueling, refuel from the upper fuel port, there is in the middle observation port Oil can flow out.

??5. Crawler

?? Avoid walking on gravel for a long time. Walking for a long time is easy to cause bending and deformation of the track shoe, and even cracking of the bolt fixing part of the track shoe. The tension of the track should be appropriate. The maximum vertical distance between the track shoe and the long rod is generally between 15-30mm. Excessive track tension will cause early wear of the chain links, ring gear and guide wheels.
