Understanding the loading and unloading of excavator

1. Track shoe

Disassemble
1. Move the track shoe until the main pin moves above the guide wheel, and place the wooden block in the corresponding position.
2. Loosen the track shoe. When the grease valve is released and the track shoe has not been relaxed, move the excavator back and forth.
3. Use a suitable tool to remove the master pin.
4. Slowly move the excavator in the opposite direction to make the track shoe assembly flat on the ground. Lift the excavator and support the lower part with wooden blocks. When the track shoe is flat on the ground, the operator should not approach the sprocket to avoid injury.

installation
Install in the reverse order of disassembly and adjust the tension of the track.

2. Roller

Disassemble
1. Release the track shoe
2. Lift the track shoe to a sufficient height so that the roller can be removed.
3. Loosen the lock nut.
4. Use a screwdriver to remove the bracket from the inside out, and then remove the roller assembly, the mass is 21kg.

3. Roller

Disassemble
1. Release the track shoe.
2. Use the working device to support the track frame to be removed at one end.
3. Remove the installation bolts and take out the roller, the mass is 39.3kg.

4. Guide wheel

Disassemble
1. Remove the track shoe. See the chapter on removing track shoes for details.
2. Lift the tension spring and use a crowbar to remove the guide wheel and the tension spring from the track frame. The mass is 270kg.
3. Remove the bolts and washers and separate the guide wheel from the tension spring.

installation
Make sure that the protrusion of the tension cylinder rod is installed into the cylinder of the track frame.
